Most manufacturer limited warranties do not cover labor. Our extended warranties cover 100% of the labor and extend any limited parts coverage the manufacturer leaves out, including the cost of refrigerant.
What the plan covers

Yes. Like an oil change for your car, your HVAC system needs to be maintained properly to keep its performance and its coverage. Our maintenance agreement takes care of that.
Contact JB & Associates, the plan administrator, and the warranty is transferred to another contractor. Plans also transfer free to a new homeowner within 60 days of sale.
