What is Premium Protection Plan?

Premium Protection Plan is a convenient and affordable Extended Service Agreement that provides you with “Guaranteed Peace of Mind” knowing you are protected against unexpected repairs for your HVAC System. Premium Protection Plan is backed by an A-rated insurance underwriter giving you and your family the comfort they deserve.

Why do I need an extended warranty?

Unfortunately, mechanical failures happen every day. With Premium Protection Plan you can rest assured, if the unfortunate happens to you, it costs nothing! Most manufacturers limited warranty does not cover labor. Our extended warranties not only cover 100% of the labor but will extend any limited parts coverage that is not covered by the manufacturer, including the cost of refrigerant.

What does Premium Protection Plan Cover?

Our plans provide comprehensive protection against any unexpected mechanical failures that your HVAC system might have during the life of the agreement. Our plans cover all labor charges associated with any repairs needed. In some cases, the Premium Protection Plan will even extend the manufacturer’s limited parts warranty ensuring your equipment is fully covered for both parts and labor.

How long do I have to purchase a warranty?

Premium Protection Plan protects your investment and “Guarantees Peace of Mind” for the life of the warranty. If you didn’t purchase an extended warranty when you bought your system, it’s not too late. Premium Protection Plan Extended Warranties can be purchased up to 2 years from the start-up of your equipment. Simply call your dealer and they can get you covered in no time!

No Deductible

Unlike other warranty plans, Premium Protection Plan is deductible free. One upfront cost covers your equipment for the life of the warranty.

Cover All Brands

No matter what brand of equipment you have, Premium Protection Plan covers any brands.

No Limit on Repairs

No matter how many mechanical failures your equipment has, we cover it up to the limit of liability.

On average, the cost of a Premium Protection Plan is equal to only pennies a day! Plan pricing will depend on your equipment and the length of coverage.

Free To Transfer

Moving soon? Don’t worry! All of our warranties are fully transferable, free of charge. Simply contact us within 60 days of the transfer of ownership. It’s that easy!

Since all of our agreements transfer free of charge our Premium Protection Plan warranties become an asset, adding value to your home.

What if I need a repair or my system is not working properly?

Call the issuing dealer listed on your premium protection plan agreement. The contact information is listed on the first page of the agreement. They will send a service technician out to check on your system.

Do I have to maintain my equipment?

Yes, maintenance is required. Like an oil change for your car, your HVAC system needs to be maintained properly to ensure its performance.

What if the issuing dealer is no longer in business?

Contact JB & Associates and we will transfer your warranty to another contractor.
